I ordered from garvee.com and got charged pretty much immediately, but after that it felt like everything went silent. Shipping took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated at all. I kept having to check on it myself because there were no helpful updates, and the package still showed up late. the delivery experience was really frustrating

The weird part is, it seemed like it should’ve been simple to put together, but the instructions made it a total headache. Things just didn’t line up or assemble the way they were supposed to, and it ended up being way more frustrating than expected.

I had to return an item, i found the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I’ll admit I’m not the most patient when it comes to returns, but waiting days for replies and then waiting even longer for the refund was annoying. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but the process felt slow and not very clear.

I had to reach out to support about my order, what a joke. It took way too long to get an actual helpful answer, and the first response felt like they barely even read what I wrote. It did get sorted out eventually, but only after I kept following up. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I was hoping this would be a decent buy, but it felt cheap right out of the box. I tried to give it a chance, but it broke really quickly, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I definitely would’ve felt better if it seemed sturdier or had more reassurance that it was built to last.

I wasn’t really in a rush when I ordered from garvee.com, so the shipping time didn’t bother me too much. It wasn’t super quick, but it also didn’t feel like it took forever. The package showed up in decent shape, though I do think they could’ve packed it a little better. Luckily nothing was broken or scratched, and the item looked like what was shown online. I’ve been using it a bit and it seems to work fine so far. after checking a few other places, the price was what made me go with them, and for what I paid, I’m satisfied. If I come across another good deal there, I’d probably order again.
